Return Policy

• We DO NOT accept returns for any customized paint-by-numbers kits for any reason, because customized kits are made specifically for you and are not resellable. (The only exception is if the canvas arrives damaged.)
• All pre-printed canvas kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, gift card, or refund. This includes sale items.
• Return Requirements:
  Items must be in original condition
  Paints must be unused
  Paint brushes must be clean
  Canvas must be untouched
• We process all pre-printed canvas returns within 6 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
• If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email us at textureofdream@gmail.com and we will prioritize your claim.
• Texture of Dreams is not responsible for any non–Texture of Dreams items mistakenly returned and may not be able to recover these items.
• Return Shipping:
  All return labels must be purchased by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
