Return Policy
- Custom Paint by Numbers orders are not returnable unless the order was received damaged or defective.
- All non-custom paint by numbers products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card or refund. This includes sale items.
- Returned items must be received in original condition – unused paints, clean paint brushes, and untouched canvas.
- We process all non-custom paint by numbers products returns within 6 business days upon receipt. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email TextureofDream@gmail.com if your product is damaged or defective. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Texture of Dreams is not responsible for any products mistakenly returned to our warehouse that is not sold by Texture of Dreams.
